Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CUT ROOM, a local video editing and YouTube publishing workflow.
Authorized use
You may use CUT ROOM only with media you own or have permission or a valid license to edit and publish. You remain responsible for the content, metadata, audience setting, and publication decisions associated with every upload.
YouTube services
Use of YouTube through CUT ROOM is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable Google policies. You can revoke CUT ROOM’s access at any time through your Google Account.
Automated output
CUT ROOM can automate source selection, editing, quality control, and uploading. Automated output may still contain creative, factual, technical, policy, or rights-related errors. The channel owner is responsible for reviewing the final result before public release.
Availability and liability
The tool is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, audience performance, platform acceptance, or monetization. To the extent permitted by law, CUT ROOM’s operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool.
Suspension and changes
Access may be suspended when necessary to protect accounts, comply with platform rules, or prevent unauthorized publishing. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
